Tex Austin’s was a popular travelling rodeo show in the 1920s. There’s quite a few photos of it by this photographer, Ralph Doubleday.

Of course Buffalo Bill’s was the most famous travelling show, and Annie Oakley the first female superstar in America. She wasn’t a cowgirl, though, rather a sharpshooter.
